Percipient.ai, a Reston, VA, and Santa Clara, CA-based creator of the Mirage™ Intelligence Analysis Platform, raised additional Series B financing.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Backers included Lupa Systems, returning investor Venrock and Valor Equity Partners. Ben Fitzgerald from Lupa joined the board in conjunction with the funding.
Led by Balan Ayyar, Founder and CEO, and Raj Shah, co-founder and CPO, Percipient.ai is an artificial intelligence, machine learning and computer vision company focused on intelligence and national security missions. Mirage’s modules provide computer vision and correlation to operators and analysts in front line missions.
The company also announced the operational procurement of Mirage’s Full Motion Video Module and Mirage’s Geospatial Module by organizations in the US Intelligence Community and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), respectively.
